Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival before commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. Deposits are payable through swift wire transfers from your bank to ours or credit card via mail order. Details for transfer are provided when you are ready to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
- 35% if cancelled between 45 and 35days prior to arrival
- 50% if cancelled between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival.
- 100% if cancelled 14 days and 24hours prior to arrival

Itinerary Changes:
Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that the hoteliers in Tanzania may be obliged to occasionally change routes on safaris as dictated by changing conditions.

Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfields and in game areas, by game migrations from one region to another, or airline or other booking problems, etc. Sharubu Adventure Safaris will communicate with you for such itinerary or accommodation changes

Alterations to Tours
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

Rates
Rates include all expenses in connection with ground transport for the itinerary set out; all entry fees, hotel accommodation, full board where stated, table d'hotel meals, lunches and dhow trips as applicable. Not included are personal expenses such as beverages, laundry and tips.

Special Groups
Please contact us for Travel /Safari Agents Commissions Special Group/Student rates available on request and subject to our appraisal. Our decision regarding commissions is final and non-negotiable.

• Full board accommodation in lodges/hotels except for some hotels that charge for bed and breakfast only.

(b) Camping Safaris
• Transport in a special safari vehicle (4x4)

• 3 meals a day prepared by our expert safari cook.

(c) Walking Safari
• Transport in a special safari vehicle (4x4)
• Services of an experienced naturalist /Guides.
• Services of an English-speaking driver guide
• Services of an experienced safari cook
• All camping equipment
• All tribal guides

(d) Mountain Climbing
• Return Transport from Kilimanjaro Airport
• Guides/porters/Cooks
• All accommodation and food on the mountain
• All entrance fees
• Hotel accommodation where necessary on half board
